Mission Driving School Policy
* We require a 48 notice to cancel or change your lesson. Failure to do this will result in School charging the student a $75 late cancellation fee.
* It is your responsibility to show up for your lesson at the scheduled place and the time.
* When School reaches pickup location and you did not show up then school will charge you the full fee for the full scheduled time. Our Instructor can wait up to 10 minutes maximum. This fee reflects the loss of earnings to the school and the instructor, as the lost time could have been better spent in the training of another student. Remember, there is NEVER a charge for lessons canceled in a timely manner.
* A valid BC Drivers License must be present with you during each lesson. If not present or has expired, the instructor will refuse the instruction resulting in School will charge you the full fee for the full scheduled time. License picture taken in your phone will not be accepted.
* If you are ending your lesson before the scheduled time then school still will charge you the full fee for the actual scheduled time.
* To use our school vehicle for your road test, you must book it in advance with your instructor. And school will only provide the car to you for your road test if you are competent enough to handle the car safely without any help from your instructor. If you are not competent enough to drive by yourself and still want to attend your road test then school will not provide you the vehicle because of the safety purposes but you can arrange your own car at your own risk if you want to.
* If ICBC examiner refuses you to take your road test for any reason which is not related to the driving school then school still will charge you the full chargeable amount for reservation of the car and our instructor’s time.
* Student must notify school 48 hours notice to cancel the reservation of the school car and warm-up lesson otherwise full fee will be charged for this reservation and the wastage of the instructor’s time.
